I telephoned Chris who answered, came out to inspect the next day, gave me a price and within the next couple of days my roof was re sealed and leak proofed. He cleared all the mess and went out of his way to fix this problem with his co workers. The team worked in freezing conditions without complaint and completed the work to my satisfaction wholly."
